The Foolish Frenzy is back!
Start in the light, finish by night, music, food, fire and fun, this race is for everyone!

Registration – From 13h00 until the race starts
14h30-15h30 – Junior schools race
16h00-20h00 – Main Event
Distances:
Junior Race (For primary school children) – Complete as many 2.5km laps as you can in 1 hour
Main Race – Complete as many 9km laps as you can in 4 hours (Solo and relay team entries available)
The Foolish Frenzy is unique in that you can participate as a solo rider or in relay teams of 3 riders (each rider taking turns to complete a lap at a time & swopping over in between).
MAIN EVENT
Solo open
Open teams of 3
Main Event (4 hours) = 9km (268m elevation gain)
Complete as many 8.7km laps as you can in 4 hour
Main event – R250 per rider
JUNIOR EVENT
Solo open
Junior Schools race = 2,5km (60m elevation gain)
Complete as many 2.4km laps as you can in 1 hour
Junior schools race – R150 per rider
Online entries close at midnight on Thursday 22 August 2024
Late entries are available at registration and incur a R60 late entry fee.
This is a CSA sanctioned event. CSA membership licenses only apply to the main event.
CSA Day licenses – R50 per rider (only applies to the main event)
